Still being a little protective of the back, so yesterday just did 3 x 20 burpees with 65 second rests. I did not get the last 2 sets inside of 60 seconds, boo. I also did frequency method pullups and pushups.

I think you should rotate through Smizzle does crossfit, Smizzles Lifts and Smizzle does Burpees.

For some reason I can no longer access my blog from work or anything from wordpress, hence zero updates on my end.
