Saturday was a rest day.

Sunday was

50 thrusters (35 lb)
30 pullups (red and orange band)

Arms were feeling sore, so I scaled the pullups even more than I should have. Boo. Finished the workout up with 3x10 back extensions with a 10 lb plate.
