Been moving, honeymooning, and then moving again for 2 weeks. Diet has not been fantastic and the wine has been plentiful (we were in Sonoma Valley for awhile), but it's been pretty fun! Other than some hiking and the moving, the only active things we've done is starting a 100-day burpee challenge last week: we started with 3 sets of 10 with 1 minute rest and have been increasing by 1 burpee every day. Today we were wiped after moving so we took 2 minutes between sets; we'll get back on our regular rest schedule tomorrow, hopefully.

Went to the La Crosse farmer's market today for the first time and loaded up on all manner of bison, poultry, and pig; pretty soon we're going to invest in a chest freezer so we can get that half pig and 50 pounds of beef, hella cheap (and all sustainably raised, of course)! Next week we'll get back to lifting, now that we have our garage gym set up again...

Been feeling eh about the press recently. First time deadlifting with the belt, it was a little strange but I liked how it kept my back in the right position throughout the set.
