Yesterday did about 45 minutes of fasted biking, then in the afternoon tested my 1 rep max back squat. Only got 185 and then failed a couple of times at 200 and 195. Blah.
Today did
Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 105, 1 x 5+ @ 105 (11 reps)
Then 5 roughly 100 meter car pushes up and down my street. 3.5 were ever so slightly downhill and thus more of a weighted sprint, 1.5 were going the other way and sucked big time.
