Yesterday I managed to get 3 sets of burpees, each in 1:12, with 1:00 rests. Yay!
Today being my birfday I did my frequency method stuff, but decided to skip the burpee torture in the afternoon and moved right to
Bench
2 x 5 @ 102.5, 1 x 5+ @ 102.5 (10 reps)
Squat
2 x 5 @ 150, 1 x 5+ @ 150 (10 reps)
I am now cooling down with a glass of champagne. Good night!
