Felt pretty good. We're headed out now for a little bit of tennis to finish off the evening - we'll see how that goes after those deadlifts.
Frequency method this week (Mon-Fri) is 7 sets of 3 pushups, 7 sets of 15 pushups. Also continuing to walk to and from school every day. My burpee session goal for the week is 4 - now that I'm up in the 75+ range, it is starting to feel like torture.
