Frequency method pullups and pushups and walking/generally moving have been consistent this week, burpees have not: I only did them yesterday (3 sets of 20 with 1 minute rest). Today I did
Bench Press
2 x 5 @ 105, 1 x 5+ @ 105 (10)
Squat
2 x 5 @ 155, 1 x 5+ @ 155 (8)
Gave up in middle of 9th rep. Dang.
