This week (Monday-Friday) I'm doing 6 sets of 3 pullups and 6 sets of 15 pushups. This is my second full week hitting up the frequency method stuff again, feels good.
Monday and Tuesday did burpees. They were painful. Yesterday I didn't get 3 sets of 25 in the time allotted, partly because my wrist hurt some. Took today off from burpees and will see how it feels tomorrow. Today I did

2 x 5 @ 77.5, 1 x 5+ @ 77.5 (11 reps)
Squat
2 x 5 @ 145, 1 x 5+ @ 145 (10 reps)
Both felt heavy, but squat felt a little more comfortable than it did last time.
