Lifted today:
Bench
2 x 5 @ 100, 1 x 5+ @ 100 (10 reps)
Deadlift
1 x 5+ @ 205 (12 reps)
Then 3 sets of 23 burpees with 1 minute rest between sets. Still finishing inside of the time limit, so I'll be adding another rep tomorrow! We took 2 burpee holidays this past week, but I think I'm 17 or 18 for the last 19 or 20 days. It's definitely pretty hard now, so we may be taking a break or two every week, but we're aiming to keep going through the summer.
Later this afternoon we played about 75 minutes of tennis, which replaced my daily walk (walked about 30-45 minutes Tuesday through Sunday). I'm really enjoying having an active commute again!
