Back to regularly scheduled programming yesterday:

2 x 5 @ 75, 1 x 5+ @ 75 (14 reps)
Squats
2 x 5 @ 140, 1 x 5+ @ 140 (10 reps)
Also well into the 100-day burpee challenge (I think we just finished day 15) - did 3 sets of 22 with a minute's rest in-between. After squatting for the first time in 2 weeks. Ugly.
This week's frequency method work (Tuesday to Friday) is 5 sets 15 pushups and 5 sets 3 pullups.
