Yesterday and today did my frequency method pullups and pushups (4 sets of 4 and 4 sets of 18, respectively). Also just finished
Bench 2 x 5 @ 107.5, 1 x 5+ @ 107.5 (8 reps)
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 215 (15 reps)
Had to reset my grip after rep 13 but otherwise felt pretty good.
