School is officially getting hectic now, so I've had to modify my expectations a little. Frequency method stuff has continued as usual. I played tennis on Thursday, biked on the recumbent for 55 minutes while reviewing today's dissection, and then this afternoon did:
Press 2 x 5 @ 85, 1 x 5+ @ 85 (9 reps)
Squat 2 x 5 @ 165, 1 x 5+ @ 165 (9 reps)
Pretty happy with these numbers, given that I was dead tired after the day.
