Pushed yesterday's lifting to today:
Bench 2 x 5 @ 110, 1 x 5+ @ 110 (8 reps)
Squat 2 x 5 @ 170, 1 x 5+ @ 170 (8 reps)
170 for multiple reps and sets has been a big hurdle for me, so I was pumped to blow my last attempt out of the water!
Frequency method pullups is week are 5 sets 4, pushups are 5 sets 18. Also got in about an hour of study time on the recumbent this evening.
