Today was Wendler Deadlift:

5 @ 170
3 @ 192.5
>1 @ 215 (Finished with 6 reps)

Good confidence builder, given that my previous 1-rep max is 225. Then did:

3 rounds

6 deadlifts (175 lbs)
9 ring dips (on toes)
12 box jumps (20")

3:46, which I was happy about too!
