Farted around with OHS and snatch balance some, and then did
AMRAP 7 minutes
10 power snatches (65 lb)
5 HSPUs (1 ab mat)
3 rounds plus 12 reps. Glad I forced myself to do the Rx'd weight for snatches, and was even able to practice cycling, but I still have a lot of work to do in that regard. Going to work some below-parallel HSPU negatives to help me overcome my HSPU impasse.
