Since we're leaving town on Saturday, I started my next Wendler cycle a little early:
Back Squat
5 @ 105
5 @ 122.5
>5 @ 137.5*
Shoulder Press
5 @ 57.5
5 @ 67.5
>5 @ 77.5*
*Finished with 15 back squat reps and 6 shoulder press reps, both of which I was psyched about.
