Worked out today in the in-laws' basement (it's snowing here in St Paul!):
Wendler Deadlift
5 @ 147.5
5 @ 170
>5 @ 192.5*
*Finished with 12 reps!
I then ran a 5k on the ole treadmill. Kept a little over a 9 minute pace, which didn't feel super fast to me but my legs were definitely feeling it since I had only deadlifted about 30 minutes before.
