Was lazy Friday and Saturday and didn't finish up my week of frequency method work, so I'll have to start over today. Yesterday just did

Press 2 x 5 @ 82.5, 1 x 5+ @ 82.5 (8 reps)

Squat 2 x 5 @ 150, 1 x 5+ @ 150 (15 reps)
