Today I was supposed to do regular benching 3 x 5, but when I started warming up the front of my right shoulder hurt too much, so I tried benching with 25-lb DBs in each hand. That didn't hurt quite as much. Then I did
DB rows 3 x 12 (25-lb DBs in each hand)
GHD situps 3 x 12
1 minute on, 50 seconds off for 10 total minutes of work - 30 KB swings (Russian, 1.5 pood)
