Started up frequency method stuff on Tuesday after aborting midway through last Friday: another 4 days of 5 sets of 4 pullups and 5 sets of 18 pushups. In related news, today I discovered I can do real handstand pushups for multiples (well, I got 2 pretty easily anyhow); I haven't tried one in many moons so to be able to do them is pretty exciting. Turns out just doing lots of pushups works! Also did fasted biking while studying yesterday and today, each for an hour. This evening I did

Press 2 x 5 @ 90, 1 x 5+ @ 90 (5 reps, BOOM!)

Squat 175 x 5, 175 x 2, epic fail on last set (boo)

Despite my latest squat triumphs, still have some mind issues to work on when the weight gets heavy.
