Did frequency method stuff Monday through Friday last week, both my pullups and pushups are feeling pretty good these days. Yesterday I did

Press

2 x 5 @ 85, 1 x 5+ @ 85 (8 reps)

Deadlift

1 x 5+ @ 210 (12 reps)

Been feeling eh about the press recently. First time deadlifting with the belt, it was a little strange but I liked how it kept my back in the right position throughout the set.
