First day with the belt. I liked it, but think the newness of it drew my attention away from some of the typical cues I work on when I lift. Alas, I did

2 x 5 @ 80, 1 x 5+ @ 80 (9 reps)
Which was eh. I then managed 5, 4, and 2 reps at 170 for the squat. Nearly had that 5th rep up in the second set, and I think I allowed the failure to mess with my mind on the last set. Will reset to 150 and work my way back up.
Frequency method stuff this week is 6 sets of 3 pullups and 4 sets of 20 pushups. Will start working on burpees again soon, d'oh!
