Yesterday was kind of zonked by sub-par sleep and three hours of intense judging at the NOVA Open, so just Recon Ron stuff. Today I am also working Recon Ron stuff, and also did

60 sec rest
Then GSLP Bench
2 x 5 @ 95
5+ @ 95 (13 reps)
And Squat
2 x 5 @ 165
5+ @ 165 (3 reps)
Am disappointed but will take it in stride and reset.
