Frustrated with my lack of progress here, especially when compared with my other lifts. I don't want to make wholesale changes to my program for that reason, but I do think I need more squat volume, so for the back squat only, I'm planning to reset and shift to a Greyskull LP-type model (2x5, 1x5+) for a while to see how that goes.
Anyhow, after that debacle I did 200 KB swings (Russian; 1 pood) in 5:58. Should have used 1.5 pood.

So you're doing 5/3/1 and Crossfit? 160x3 is a great squat, it's clearly working for you.
At this point mostly 5/3/1 plus assistance work and occasional short metcons. 160x3 isn't great considering I've been in that neighborhood for 6 months.
