Today I worked on ring dips throughout the day and then did Wendler Bench:

I then worked on snatches with Alex; warmed up to 75 doing power snatch, switched to regular snatch for 85, and then missed about 4 attempts at 95, mostly out front a little. I'll get it next time. Finished off the night with
5 rounds
12 burpees
Rest 45 seconds
Felt a little sluggish but that's just because my arms and chest feel worked over after the past 48 hours.
