Worked on 2 rep snatches today. Forgot my shoes, but speed still felt decent so I kept upping the weight and ended at 85 lb. I then finished with a 1 rep PR of 90 lb!
Metcon was:
15-10-5-10-15
Shoulder to overhead (65 lb)
KB swing (1 pood)
Ring rows
Finished in 9:36. Ring row form wasn't the best all the time, but I liked the variation.
