Wendler Back Squat today:

Then I made up the Monday metcon:
4 rounds
15 Push Press (55 lb)
12 Barbell Lunges (55 lb)
9 Ring Dips (toe assisted)
8:56. A little slower than I might have liked, but the push presses made the other exercises tough and lunges of any kind are my nemesis.
