Tuesday all I did was work slightly below-depth HSPU negatives. Today I worked out at home:

Max reps ring dip
Max reps KB swing (1 pood)
Ring dips were sad (2-2-1-1), KB swings were pretty good (50, 40, 45, 40). Forearms are still numb.
