Team WOD today:
2 rounds
1 lap around block with small sandbag
then, while each other team member does his or her lap, cycle through
KB snatch (25 lb)
tire flip, then hop into and out of tire for 1 rep
weighted step up (25 lb DB in each hand)
Back already felt a little saucy going into it, and by the time I got to KB snatches, I decided to do myself a favor by going a little lighter than the Rx'd weight. I got 42 and then 35 reps for KB snatches, in the early to mid-twenties for tire flips, and early to mid-twenties for weighted step ups (which easily were the hardest station for me).
