Did a whole lot of sitting on my can for a few days during the rest of the holiday break, so I was pretty pumped to get back in the box for:
5 rounds
10 power snatch (30 lb DB)
10 lunges (30 lb DB)
10 DB swings (30 lb DB)
10 goblet squats (30 lb DB)
30 sec handstand hold
Finished with 11:36, rx'd. Fun WOD, especially since it didn't lay me flat on my butt after my recent slackitude.
