Frequency method stuff, but skipped the burpees today. Just did

3 @ 80
>1 @ 90 (4 reps, BOOM!)

That felt so good, I decided to see if I could crack my 250 lb deadlift goal, and I did! Pulling singles once every 4-6 months is pretty fun when you've been making good progress!
