Also sprinkled in some Recon Ron pullups throughout the day (4 sets of 6!), but decided to give my shoulder one more day of rest from ring dips. This evening, did 5 sets of 12 burpees; each set took me approximately 30 seconds, after which I took the rest of the minute as rest. Would like to be able to get 100 in 5 minutes, this was a good start.
