Friday and Saturday were skiing days. Did about 5 solid hours both days, and while the blue squares are still a little scary, I'm starting to feel more confident. Quads and calves in particular are feeling a little saucy, but I definitely felt better after Saturday than I did after Friday.
Today took advantage of the condo gym to do:
On the minute, for 10 minutes
30 lb (each hand) DB presses (5-5-4-4-3-3-3-3-3-3)
Then a short little metcon:
3 rounds
15 pushups
40 lb (each hand) DB farmer's walk w/ short stair climb
Took me about 3 minutes.
